ON VACATION!!!

Okay, so I have been looking at our blog to check on others, and figured I better update so that people can check on us. Things have been going very good. The girls are cuter than ever, and it has been great that spring is on its way.

This pic is christian playing with Klynton outside the other day. It was pretty warm and Matt had been cleaning out the dog house. She had a blast having him push her around the yard on the lawn buddy.

This is Amelia playing on the rug just enjoying her toys. Isn't she cute?

And this is her the other morning just hanging out with me in the kitchen. She loves to just hang and watch you. She gets uptight when she can't see you doing your thing.

We left on Sat. to go to a foster parent seminar in Richfield, and we are going to make a vacation out of it. We headed to Torrey to spend the night, and then on to Farmington, New Mexico. We are going to go to Chaco canyon, and Mesa Verde. We will be home sometime late Tues. or Wed. It is great because we are leaving the girls at home with Leslie. She is staying at our house to take care of everybody. She is the BOMB!! Thanks sis! It has been sometime since we had a little vacation all by ourselves. The Drive-In will be opening soon, and this will probably be our only chance to get away for a bit.
Leslie did call me and tell me a cute Christian story. It seems she asked Christian to go get a tissue for her nose, and Christian went into my bathroom to get it. Les was working at the dining room table, and when she looked up Christian was wiping her nose with the end of the toilet paper. She had brought the end from my bathroom all the way into the dining room. She just laughed and had Klynton go roll it back up. What a dolly! This pic is her in her "cape & princess hat". She thinks these are so fun to dress in and run around with the cape billowing out. Isn't this priceless?

Well, that is about all for now, so I will go and post after we get home. Take care.

Oh I love the TP story! This age is so pricless once their teenagers if they do do anything funny they get mad if you tell anyone. Both the girls are just darling.
Hope you have a great trip. We're on day 13 and ready to be home!!

I love the tissue story. It's funny how kids will do exactly what we say, even though sometimes, it's not exactly what we mean! :)

You should have seen the TP roll afterward, it was as big around as a #10 can. Actually I was in the family room and looked up and could see the paper trailing her all the way through the kitchen. I couldn't help but laugh. It was so dang cute!!! Both girls are fun to have and I really don't mind keeping them.
