I know it's about time..

Well... life here has been pretty good. I'm sorry I haven't been very diligent lately. I thought I'd be better at this so that Colton could keep up and a few others I don't get to see often. We have had quite the time since my last blog. We had a little vacation, Matt and Christians birthdays, general conference, Easter, the Drive-In opening, FHE's, all kinds of stuff. There will be a few pics, and a little"splaining".

These pics are of a couple of the Indian ruins we saw. Matt and I went down to New Mexico via Torrey, and Capitol Reef. We stayed in Farmington and went to Chaco Canyon for about a minute and then the next day went up to Mesa Verde(the other pic), and stayed in Cortez CO. We stayed in a B&B that actually had ruins onsite, and that was pretty cool.( The pic with the painting on the walls is down inside the kiva at the B&B.) We had a really good time just having a couple of days to ourselves, and then we had to come home and get ready for the crazy summer months. We have a ton of stuff we are going to try to get done this summer in the yard, and it always seems like there is more stuff to do.

We got home, and that next weekend was General Conf. We also celebrated birthdays that night, and had a great dinner.

Just about everybody came down, and we had a great visit, and had
treats, and just had fun.

This is a pic of our cute little Amelia just hanging with the fam at FHE.

This is Christian with her awesome baby stroller, and Pooh and Tigger going for a ride. And telling you, "Don't touch me!! I'm riding with the guys!" - The other pics are Christians b-day. She got a new table and chairs, and a cupboard that all actually belonged to me as a kid. They have many, many hours of fond memories. She kinda likes them.

And this is a cute pic of Alexis' little Cheyenne "winkin" - Isn't that adorable?

Then of course we had EASTER!!! Sorry, I didn't actually get pics of the Easter baskets, but the dresses are the most darling anyway. Isn't this one of Amelia just precious? -

These other pics are just of the girls playing, and then of course last week we had both of the Mom's birthdays so we had dinner and birthday cake.

Christian loved helping blow out candles!

This pic was the other day and Christian had been playing with Scout, and was just torturing him by laying in front of the doggie door so he wouldn't come in. She can be so tricky.

We have been having lots of fun, and all has been going pretty well. Take care, and I'll try to post again a little sooner.
